About: Vasilis Vlachokyriakos

University qualifications: MSc Computer Security and Resilience (Newcastle University) BSc Computer Science and Technology (University of Peloponnese) I have just started my PhD in usable security after finishing my Masters degree in Computer Security and Resilience at Newcastle University. I obtained my bachelor’s degree at my home country Greece at the University of Peloponnese. During my studies in Greece I gained some field experience by working at the Hellenic telecommunication organization and by doing a practical exercise at the University of Patras on software development for touch-screens. My research interests include usable computer security, human computer interaction, cryptography and dependability.
